Our Story
Korea historically has a very rich food cuisine and tradition. It is located between China and Japan and therefore their food culture has been influenced by both. Health is of the utmost importance in Korea and eating well goes hand in hand with that, as health begins at the gut.
Here at KimJi we believe eating is also a communal experience, side dishes can be served with every meal and are meant to be shared and eaten together. We use the freshest ingredients that are available and combine it with bold flavours.

KimJi Korean was the conceived in August 2018, based on the need for good quality interesting food choices in Preston. -

Menu Creation
Our menu has been created through the help of traditional Korean chefs using original South Korean family receipts. -

Established first Restaurant
Our first restaurant at 12 Winckley St, Preston was purchased. The building was chosen especially for it's complimentary layout and the convenient central location. -
